Can I return my order?

The listings on our website are sold by private sellers, with Restocks as the go-between. After purchase, an agreement is created between a private buyer and a seller. As a result, returns, cancellations and exchanges are not possible. From now on, you can resell your sneakers for free on our website within 14 days after receiving your order !


What should you do?

  • Log in on our website not our app;
  • Go to "my purchases" and open “history”;
  • Click on the item;
  • The resale button will appear; click on it.

Please note that they must meet our conditions:

  • The product is complete, in original condition and undamaged;
  • The product still has the Restocks Verified Authentic tag attached;
  • The product is in the original, undamaged shoe box;
  • The product has not been worn.

Now you can sell the product and even make money! Good luck!


Note: In this case, do not list your sneakers via the "sell" button, otherwise you will still have to pay service and operational fee.


What will it cost you?

Absolutely nothing! You don't have to pay the service and operational fee. This is a free perk!


Received another size or sneaker than you ordered?

If so, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Please supply the following photos:

  • Warehouselabel, you can find the label next to the size label on the sneakersbox;
  • Restocks Verified Authentic tag;
  • Undersides of both soles;
  • Toebox.
