Where does this delay come from?

As a result of the rapid growth of Restocks and the intense peak in November/December, we are currently experiencing delays in payment processing. These delays are due to the high volume of activities. We understand the frustration of our sellers and are working hard to resolve these delays. We have already taken measures to improve the situation, such as implementing a new payment system and adjusting payment terms. Our goal is to process payments within 20 business days, if sellers participate in the new system. We are committed to providing a better experience in the future.
