We can imagine that this raises questions. That's why we want to share through this message how open and transparent it all unfolded and what exactly is happening.

Tim visited us in response to a challenging situation that affects us all. It is true that our sellers have been waiting for their money for some time, and we do not deny this.

Risks, challenges, and changes are part of starting a business (entrepreneurship). Sometimes they're fun, sometimes not so much. That's completely normal. Even though that doesn't make the situation any less challenging. Therefore, it is our top priority to fix this. We are confident that we will succeed, but it will take time. In the meantime, we want to ensure that our loyal sellers know exactly where they stand and that they can trust us 100% that they will receive their money.
