RETURN POLICY

Do you not like your purchase? Ordered the wrong size? Or do you prefer a different colour? No problem! We want to solve this for you quickly. You can return a purchase within 30 days of receipt. Our return service is available for products that meet the following conditions:

  • The product is complete, in original condition and undamaged.
  • The product has the Restocks Verified Authentic tag still attached.
  • The product is in the original, undamaged shoebox.
  • The product is unworn.

How can I return my order? Step by step:

  1. You can request your return here.
  2. You will receive a pre-paid shipping label by email. (If items are sent via another shipping company, Restocks is not responsible for your parcel's journey to our warehouse, as we do not collaborate with other companies.)
  3. You can ship your package:
    • Pack the items and the shoebox in the shipping box (or any rigid carton box).
    • Protect the shoebox with bubble wrap or protection paper.
    • Stick the shipping label on the shipping box, ideally over any prior delivery information/old shipping labels.
  4. Once received, Restocks inspect your return.
  5. If your return passes the inspection, you will receive your refund within 30 business days.

How long do I have to return my order?

You have 30 days, after receipt, to request your return. Once you have received a shipping label, you have another 3 business days to return your package.

Can I try on ordered products before returning them?

Of course, you can try on the received products. Make sure that you are not wearing this and that the Restocks Verified Authentic tag is still attached. If we see damage, traces of use/wear that shows that more has happened than just trying the product, then the return will not be accepted.

Are there exceptions to the return policy?

United Kingdom, USA, UAE, Australia, Switzerland, Norway, and Malta are not eligible for returns as these countries are listed outside the European Union. The return policy does not apply to purchases delivered to countries outside the European Union.

What are the costs for returning my order?
Returning our products is completely free.
 
Please note: Your return will be rejected if it does not meet the conditions. In that case, return costs will be applicable.
 

What happens when I have returned my order?

As soon as your package has been received by us, the return will be processed within 30 days.

Once your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued to the same payment method used to place your order, and you will receive a confirmation email. Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be visible on your bank account.

How can I track my return?

Once your parcel is dropped at your DHL Express store, you’ll receive a proof of shipment with a tracking number to track your parcel journey progress.

I decided to keep my order, but have already completed the return request. What should I do?

If you want to keep the item, you don't have to do anything. Enjoy your purchase!

EXCHANGES - SERVICE UNAVAILABLE

If you wish to change the size and/or colour of an item that you purchased, you will not be able to request an exchange.
