It may happen that you receive reminders about the shipment of your package, even though you have already shipped it. Possibly the status of the package has not yet been processed by the shipping company or something went wrong. It is important to contact our support team within 14 days of the shipping date. It is your responsibility to keep us informed about the shipment of the item within the specified time frame. If we are not informed (in time) of this problem, the system may automatically cancel your sale. Unfortunately, we cannot reverse this afterwards.
