Participation action
1. Participation in the giveaway is free of charge.
2. Participation takes place when you have completed the following steps before the time stated in the description of the post:
- You follow the official Instagram page of the influencer who promotes the giveaway and the official Instagram page of Restocks B.V.
- You have responded to the giveaway post in accordance with the rules in the description of the post.
- You liked the giveaway post.
- You have taken any additional steps mentioned in the description of the post.
3. You can win a maximum of once per giveaway per person.
4. Participation in the promotion is only possible for persons residing within the European Union (excluded for this are Turkey, the Canary Islands, Ibiza and Île de Ré) or in the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United States of America, China (Mainland) and Japan.
5. Employees of Restocks are excluded from participating in the giveaway.

Winners
1. The winners of the giveaways will be chosen by means of draws in an impartial manner.

3. If the winner does not provide the requested information within one week of announcement, a new winner will be designated.
4. Restocks is authorized to exclude persons from participation in case of suspicion of unlawful participation or fraud.

1. It is not possible to exchange the won product for another product or amount of money.
